SYMPTOMS

After you install Symantec WinFax PRO 10.02 or Symantec WinFax 10.02 Basic Edition, Microsoft Outlook 2002 may stop responding (hang) when you open an e-mail message or perform other functions in Outlook.

Note You may also receive an error message indicating that Microsoft Outlook has encountered an error and that the program must close. If you view the details of that error message, you may find that the error signature shows Hungapp as the problem module name .
