A pop-up window for the Popnav.com file appears in Outlook 2003 (842013)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to open your Inbox or another folder in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, a pop-up window for the following Web site appears instead of the Inbox or other folder: CAUSEThis issue occurs because a Popnav.com file has been downloaded, and it is running on your computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, delete the Iefeatures.exe file. To do this, follow these steps. Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL, and then click Task Manager.
- On the Processes tab, click Iefeatures.exe, and then click End Process.
- If you are prompted with a Task Manager Warning dialog box, click Yes.
- Quit Task Manager.
- Click Start, and then click Search.
- Click All files and folders.
- In the All or part of the file name box, type iefeatures.exe.
- In the Look in box, click your hard disk drive, and then click Search.
- Right-click the Iefeatures.exe file, and then click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the Iefeatures.exe file.
Note Repeat the deletion for each copy of the Iefeatures.exe file that is found.
