Hebrew and Arabic characters on the taskbar appear in reverse order in Windows 2000 (841450)

SYMPTOMS

After you install the security update that is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-011 on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, Hebrew and Arabic text appears from left to right when viewed in the taskbar. Typically, Hebrew and Arabic text appears from right to left in the taskbar.

Note This problem does not occur when you install the security update that is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-011 on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
