topIssues that are fixed in the hotfix package
The following issues are fixed in this hotfix package but were not
previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- When you position your pointer inside the message body of
a new HTML e-mail message, the buttons on the Formatting
toolbar appear dimmed and are unavailable.
This issue may occur if one
or more of your mailbox folders is configured to show a home page. You may
experience this issue after you switch back and forth between the home page and
a different mailbox folder several times.
Note This issue is more likely to occur if the HTML code for the home
page includes a visual filter. For example, the HTML code includes the BlendTrans visual filter to fade in a menu. - After you grant a delegate permissions to your Outlook 2000
mailbox, if the delegate copies a delegated folder that contains items that are
marked as private to their own mailbox, the items that were marked as private
become visible. This issue occurs although you did not click to select the
Delegate can see my private items check box when you granted
permissions to the delegate.
This issue occurs if the delegate either
drags the folder or uses the shortcut menu to copy the folder to their mailbox.
After you apply the hotfix package, a delegate cannot drag or use the shortcut
menu to copy a delegated folder to their mailbox if you do not click to select
the Delegate can see my private items check box when you grant
permissions to the delegate.
