SYMPTOMS
When Microsoft BizTalk Server tries to process a SMIME-encoded flat file that BizTalk Server generated, it may generate a garbage file in addition to the flat file that was decoded from the source message. The garbage file only contains four bytes ("0D 00 0A 00"), the file is suspended, and you receive the following error message:
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.
