"Unspecified error" when you try to access the Account tab of an Active Directory user's properties in Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 (840346)

SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following error message when you click the Account tab in the Properties dialog box for a user object in Active Directory directory service:
unspecified error
This problem occurs if you lack read permissions for the user. When you click OK, you will see the Populate tab.
