Forms that are published in the Organizational Forms Library of Outlook 2003 are not available in offline mode or in online mode (840020)

SYMPTOMSWhen you publish a form in the Organizational Forms Library in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you may find that the form is not available in the offline mode. If you try to open the published form for the first time in the offline mode, the default form is opened instead. If you change to the online mode and then you try to open the published form, the default form opens instead.CAUSEThis issue occurs when the Outlook profile that you are using when you create the form is set to use the Cached Exchange Mode.RESOLUTIONThis problem is corrected in Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 1. To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2003.
