This article describes how to remove a character from a game of Microsoft Dungeon Siege.

During a game of Dungeon Siege, your first character can be joined by other characters and mules. If you want to remove one or more of the characters from your band of characters, follow these steps.

Tip You can transfer any items of value to other characters before you dismiss a character.
  1. Start Dungeon Siege, and then load the saved game.
  2. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select the character or characters that you want to remove.
  3. In the lower-right corner of the screen, above the door icon are the Field Command Buttons.

    If you only see two buttons, press the F key to display all the buttons.
  4. The upper-right button shows a triangle of circles with an arrow pointing from the triangle to a lone circle. Click this button.
  5. When you are prompted to disband selected party members, click YES to remove them.
