SYMPTOMS
When the log file for the InterchangeDTA database is full, Microsoft BizTalk Server continuously restarts itself.
You may see multiple instances of the following errors and events in the application event log:

The service has started.This loop continues until the system runs out of resources and BizTalk Server stops responding. The InterchangeDTA database grows huge.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
