This is a Level 300 session presented by Joe Turick.

Joe Turick joined Microsoft as a support professional in 1997 and for most of that time has been a member of the Exchange Client team. He supports not only Outlook and Outlook Web Access, but also components such as Exchange Instant Messaging and Exchange Conferencing Server.
