The following issue is fixed in this hotfix package:
- When you open a Microsoft Publisher publication in Publisher 2003 with the Spanish Multilingual User Interface Pack installed, and the publication was saved in Microsoft Publisher 2002 or earlier, Publisher 2003 may crash,
and you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Publisher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the details of the error message, you receive an error signature that is similar to the following:
