Ink objects shift upward and merge with ink objects near the top of the OneNote 2003 page (837843)

SYMPTOMSWhen you repeatedly scroll through your Microsoft Office
OneNote 2003 page while you create ink objects (write or draw), ink objects
toward the bottom of the page may shift upward and merge (overlap) with ink
objects near the top of your OneNote 2003 page.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1. Drawing to Auto-Merge option before this problem occurs. To do this
for each of your ink objects, select the ink object (drawing), and then on the
Edit menu, click to turn off the Allow Drawing To
