CAUSE
This problem may occur if a "race" condition occurs between
a call to the
DeviceCapabilities() function by the print spooler and the
AddForm() function by the custom application. If the call to the
AddForm () function occurs first, more forms may be generated than the
spooler can handle, resulting in an access violation.
