Performance monitor incoming counters display incorrect values in Windows 2000 Server (837696)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Performance Monitor to monitor incoming rate counters that are of the PERF_COUNTER_DELTA type, the delta counter type values are incorrect.

RESOLUTION
