Attachments to e-mail may not be sent in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook 1.0 (837516)

SYMPTOMS

An e-mail generated using Microsoft® CRM Sales for Outlook 1.0 and that has an attachment that is more than 1 MB may not be sent correctly. Sometimes the e-mail is sent correctly with the attachment and other times the e-mail is sent without the attachment. If the attachment is not sent, the following error message is generated:

RESOLUTION

Microsoft Business Solutions CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative package. The cumulative package information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
