Hotfix information
This hotfix enables the Cluster service to create a call stack in the cluster log file.A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, you must enable a debugger for the Cluster service.
