FIX: Your application leaks two event handles every time that the application makes an HTTP request (837161)

SYMPTOMSThe SetProxy method sets the proxy server for an HTTP request. When you create an application that uses the WinHttpRequest object, if you call the Open method before you call the SetProxy method, your application may leak two event handles every time that the application makes an HTTP request.RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
