SUMMARYMicrosoft has released an update to Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001. Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001 Service Pack 3 (SP3) contains updates that are based on the Microsoft Trustworthy Computing Initiative, and it contains the latest fixes for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001. Because this service pack is cumulative, it also contains all the fixes that are included in earlier SharePoint Portal Server 2001 service packs. Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001 SP3 is divided in five parts. All five parts are required.

these steps:

Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most
current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file
was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to
prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.
- In Microsoft Windows Explorer, locate the folder where you
downloaded the files, and then double-click the SPSFull1.exe
file.
- When you are prompted, specify the folder where you want to
extract the contents of the SPSFull1.exe file.
- When you are prompted, extract the contents of the
SPSFull2.exe file, the SPSFull3.exe file, the SPSFull4.exe file, and the
SPSFull5.exe file. After all five files are extracted, navigate to the folder
that you specified, and then open the Launch.exe file.
- After all five files are extracted to the folder that you
specified earlier in step 3, double-click the Launch.exe file
to install SharePoint Portal Server 2001 SP3.
How to determine whether the service pack is installed To determine whether the service pack is installed on the
computer, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to
Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove
Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, click
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001, and then click
Click here for support information.
- In the Support Info dialog box, verify
that the version number that is listed next to Version is
10.145.7329.

'http://ServerName/SiteName/PathoOfFolder'
isn't accessible. The folder may be located in an unavailable location,
protected with a password, or the file name contains a / or \. This
problem occurs if you try to open a Web site other than the default Web site on
