Restart requirement
You do not have to restart your computer after you
install this hotfix. However, the World Wide Web Publishing Service and all its dependent services are automatically stopped and then restarted during the installation of this hotfix. After you install this hotfix, verify that all necessary Exchange services have been restarted successfully.
