Some address lists may be missing when you use Outlook 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode (836723)

Note When you turn off Cached Exchange Mode and then restart Outlook 2003, all your address lists appear in the Show Names from the list in the Address Book dialog box.CAUSEThis problem occurs if the following conditions are true: - You use Outlook 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode.
- You have one thousand or more address lists in the address book.
RESOLUTIONThis problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Microsoft Office 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix. After you install this hotfix, follow the steps that are listed in the "More Information" section of this article to set the CacheRowsLimit registry key and to activate the hotfix. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Office 2003 Service Pack 1.
