This Support WebCast session will discuss common problems that may occur with Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 and how to resolve them.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by David Bullock and Kurt Schmucker.

David Bullock is a support professional in the Enterprise Platforms Setup area and is also a Virtual PC / Virtual Server support lead. He has been with Microsoft for four years, and has worked with Virtual PC for the past year developing and delivering training, and developing Knowledge Base content.

Kurt Schmucker is a program manager on the Virtual Machine team. He has been working on Virtual PC since 1999 when he originally joined Connectix. Kurt has lectured internationally discussing Virtual PC, object-oriented programming, and other topics. He has published three books.
