"Can't open this item out of memory or system resources." error message when you upgrade from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 (836559)

SYMPTOMSWhen you upgrade from Microsoft Outlook 2002 to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you receive an error message that is similar to the following: Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some programs and try again.
CAUSEThis behavior occurs if you have installed an earlier version of the PGP e-mail encryption program on your computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior remove the PGP e-mail encryption program. To do so, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
- Under Currently installed programs, select the PGP program.
- Click Remove.
- Restart your computer.
