No error is logged in the event viewer when access is denied to the BTSSvc service for a Receive Location folder (836458)

SYMPTOMS

When you copy a document to a Receive Location folder, Microsoft BizTalk Server does not pick up the document and no error is logged in the event viewer. This problem occurs although the Receive Location folder is enabled for inbound documents in the BizTalk Administration Console.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the BTSSvc service permissions for the document's Receive Location folder are changed after the BTSSvc service is started. No event messages are created until you restart the BTSSvc service.
