SYMPTOMSWhen you connect to your financial institution to set up
online services in Microsoft Money 2004, Microsoft Money 2003, and Microsoft
Money 2002, you may receive the following error message: Please verify that your user information and password are correct
and then try your call again. CAUSEThis problem may occur if one of the following conditions is
true:
- You use the wrong identity or password information when you
try to connect to your financial institution.
- Your financial institution has locked your account or reset
your password.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, use the following methods in the
