WML clients may receive a duplicate QueryString collection that is set by using the Form.Action property (836092)

SYMPTOMSA mobile Web form that adds a duplicate QueryString collection that is set by using the Form.Action property generates HTML correctly. However, a problem may occur when some Wireless Markup Language (WML) clients receive a duplicate QueryString collection. The QueryString collection may not be correctly processed.
The duplicate QueryString collection seems to be added from the original
forms.CAUSEThe WmlMobileTextWriter class does not correctly process the duplicate QueryString collection that is set by
using the Form.Action property.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.
