SYMPTOMS
When you use the PrinterAdmin tool (Prnadmin.dll) to
programmatically install a third-party printer driver that has a print
processor on a remote Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive
the following error message:
Unable to install Printer.
The Print Processor does not exist.
You do not receive this error
message if you use Prnadmin.dll to programmatically install the same printer
driver on the local computer.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information

problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are
experiencing this specific problem.

Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, you must have Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
installed on your computer.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this
hotfix.
Hotfix replacement information
This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.

The English version of this hotfix has the file
attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and
times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you
view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the
difference between UTC and local time, use the
Time Zone tab
in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
