SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- You install Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer.
- The domain forest functional level is set to Windows Server 2003.
In this scenario, you cannot add users to the private address book (PAB) in
Microsoft Outlook.
Note Forest functional levels let you enable features across all the domains in a
forest.
