SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.0, you experience one or more of the issues that are described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base articles:
835307 The Created On Last 7 Days column in the Advanced Find dialog box returns all records instead of the records that were created during the last seven days in Microsoft CRM
832869 After daylight-saving time starts, Advanced Find may not return records that were created before that date in Microsoft CRM and in Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook
831930 You receive a "Server Application Unavailable" error message when you try to export records to an Excel worksheet in Microsoft CRM 1.0
829886 Viewing or printing reports that contain more than 20,000 records may fail
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next version of Microsoft Business Solutions CRM that contains this hotfix.

Installation information
Install this hotfix on client computers that are running Microsoft CRM 1.0 Sales for Outlook.

To install this hotfix, Microsoft CRM 1.0 Sales for Outlook must be installed.
Removal information
You cannot remove this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the client computer after you install this hotfix.
