Microsoft Internal Information: The issue documented in this hotfix has been resolved with an updated rollup hotfix. Customers should download the Update Rollup 2 hotfix to correct this issue.

Installation information
Apply this hotfix on a computer that is running Microsoft CRM 1.2 Client or Microsoft CRM 1.2 Server.
If the problem that is described in the "Symptoms" section occurs after you apply this hotfix, you must clear the Microsoft Internet Explorer cache on the Microsoft CRM 1.2 server.
To clear the Internet Explorer cache, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet files area, and then click OK.
Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, you must have Microsoft CRM 1.2 installed.
Removal information
You cannot remove this hotfix.
Restart requirement
If you are prompted to restart your computer after you apply this hotfix, restart your computer.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table.
