Only one address for each contact is synchronized to the Palm Pilot device in Entourage (834444)

SYMPTOMS
When you synchronize a device that is running the Palm Pilot operating system (Palm OS) with Microsoft Entourage, you find that only one address is stored for each contact.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Palm Pilot device only stores a single address for each contact. Therefore, Entourage only synchronizes the default address for the contact.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, verify that the correct address is selected as the default address for each of your contacts in Entourage. When you do this, you can decide in advance the address that is stored to the Palm Pilot. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open a contact in Entourage.
- Click either the Home or the Work tab.
- On either the Home or the Work tab, click to select the Default address check box for the address that you want to use.
- Repeat these steps for each contact that you want to configure.
