This Support WebCast will discuss the monitoring
features that are available in Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS)
2003. It will talk about the Monitoring Configuration Wizard, the Health
Monitor Migration Wizard, server status reports, and other tools that help you
proactively pinpoint and troubleshoot issues before they cause downtime.
This is a
Level
200 session that will be presented by Ray Fong and Renee Geffre. Ray
Fong joined Microsoft as a Support Professional in January 2000. He has been
involved with SBS since he began working at Microsoft, and has focused on SBS
2003 for a year as the beta support. He generated and delivered SBS 2003
training materials to Microsoft Support Professionals, and MVP. Ray currently
focus is on mentoring and case escalation.
Renee Geffre joined Microsoft
as a Support Professional in June 2000. She has supported Small Business Server
for the past 3 years. Renee has 10 years experience in the IT support industry.
She has presented training to support staff and users, been involved with
helpdesk support and server administration.
