This Support WebCast presentation is designed for those
who must set up and configure Remote Web Workplace in a Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server environment. The topics include general terms and concepts
related to Remote Web Workplace. The presentation also provides information
about how to configure Remote Web Workplace both during the setup of SBS 2003
and after it is installed. The presentation concludes with a review of common
troubleshooting scenarios.

Frank Brown and
Ray Fong.
Frank Brown has been with Microsoft for 3.5
years, serving in both the Networking and the Small Business Server teams. He
has more than 10 years experience in the computer industry as a computer
instructor, network administrator, and network engineer. His certifications
include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Novell Engineer, and
Certified Cisco Network Associate.
Ray Fong joined Microsoft as a Support
Professional in January 2000. He has been involved with SBS since he began
working with Microsoft. Ray has focused on SBS 2003 for a year as the beta
support lead. He created training materials and delivered SBS 2003 training
classes to Microsoft Support Professionals and MVPs. Ray currently focuses on
mentoring and case escalation.
