  • When you click Start, you may receive the following error message:
    Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
    This problem may occur if you install the following products:
    • Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
    • Microsoft Office XP with the Speech Recognition components (Msctf.dll)
    • Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.6
