SUMMARYThis article describes the issues that are fixed in the
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 hotfix package that is dated January 17,

previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article: When you
try to embed an OLE object that is stored in a SharePoint Team Services from
Microsoft document library into a PowerPoint 2003 slide, you may receive the
following error message: You cannot use an Internet
address here. Enter a path that points to a location on your computer or on
the network. When you insert a
PowerPoint 2003 object, a separate session of PowerPoint 2003 starts and is
brought to the foreground. Editing the text in this PowerPoint 2003 session
does not affect the embedded object. This issue occurs only when the UI
language of PowerPoint 2003 is Turkish and if is no other instance of
PowerPoint 2003 running when you insert the object. If you assign two or more animations to a
table in PowerPoint 2003, modify the table, and then reopen the presentation,
the animation is lost. back to the
