in your Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document in
Microsoft Office Word 2003, the section color of the assigned section may not
automatically extend into the text that you added to the section.CAUSEThis problem may occur if the text that you type, paste, or
move into an assigned section is added outside the assigned section
boundaries.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following
methods. Method 1: Toggle the "Highlight sections in document" optionTo toggle the Highlight sections in document
option, follow these steps:
- On the Document Actions task pane, click
Sections.
- In the Sections area of the
Document Actions task pane, click to clear the
Highlight sections in document check box.

document check box.

Options and Help.
- In the Options area, click Toggle

inside the section boundaries.
