Highlight color may change in an Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document (833021)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Office Word 2003
- Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals
SYMPTOMSEach time that you open your Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document in Microsoft Office Word 2003, the highlight colors of the sections that are assigned to different users may change. The highlight color of your sections this time that you edit the document may be different from the highlight color of your sections the last time that you edited the document. Therefore, you cannot rely on a specific highlight color to show you the sections that are assigned to you.CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Word does not assign specific highlight colors to specific users. Although all the sections that are assigned to you are highlighted in one color, that color may be different each time that you edit your Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, follow these steps: - In the Document Actions task pane, click Sections under Proposals Accelerator.
- In the Sections area, click My Sections in the Show box, and then click to select the Highlight sections in document check box.
Only the sections that are assigned to you are highlighted by a color in the document.
