To adjust the column widths of a table structure, follow these steps:
  1. Select a column in the table structure that you want to adjust.
  2. On the Format menu, click Column Size.
  3. The mouse pointer will jump to the column boundary and you should see a two-ended arrow for your mouse pointer.

    Click and hold your mouse button, and then adjust the column to the size that you want.
