CAUSEThis problem may occur when you have Norton AntiVirus installed on your computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, follow these steps: - Quit all your open programs.
- Click Start, and then click Run.
- In the Open box, type regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Norton
Antivirus\Officeav.dll, and then click OK.
- When you are prompted to
acknowledge that the program succeeded, click OK.
