Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

You must have the SMS Feature Pack 1.0 installed to install this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart your computer after you install this hotfix.

Installation information
To install this hotfix, remove the existing installation of Web Reports, and then install the SMS Web Reporting hotfix. To do so, follow these steps:
- To remove the existing installation of Web Reporting, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Click SMS
Additional Web Reports in the list of currently installed programs, and then click Change/Remove
to remove it.
- After the program is removed, click Close.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Click SMS Web Reporting in the list of currently installed
programs, and then click Change/Remove to remove it.
- After the program is removed, click
Close.
- Install the SMS Web Reporting hotfix. To do this, run the SMSWebReporting_enu.exe program.
If you also previously installed the Web Reports Add-in for Software Updates, install the Web Reports Add-in for Software Updates hotfix. To do this, run the SMSAddWebReports_enu.exe program.
If you want to install the Web Reports Add-in for Software Updates later, make sure that you install the version that is included in this hotfix or a later
version. The installation of this version or of a later version helps to avoid the overwriting of newer common files that are shared between the Web Reports Add-in for
Software Updates and SMS Web Reporting.
