Session Summary

This Support WebCast will review the basics of
transaction cost analysis. This will help users evaluate their current hardware
and determine if it is meeting their demand. The session will also discuss
general limitations, best practices, and things to consider for the Microsoft
Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002 network architecture and site design.
Finally, it will also talk about caching and tuning techniques, and will
provide samples to help users improve MCMS 2002 site performance.
This
is a
Level
200 session that will be presented by Vince Liew, Jason Ren, Paul
Chan and Kelvin Lo.
Vince Liew is the main presenter. He holds MCSE
and MCDBA certifications. Vince has been working at Microsoft for more than two
and one-half years and is the Content Lead of the MCMS support team.
Jason Ren holds MCSD and MCSE certifications. Jason is a Support Professional
in the MCMS support team.
Paul Chan holds an MCSE certification. He
is a Support Professional in the MCMS support team. Paul also supported the
MCMS 2002 beta before it was released.
Kelvin Lo holds MCSD and MCAD
certifications. He is a Critical Problem Resolution Escalation Engineer in the
MCMS support team.
