SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in Microsoft Management Console (MMC) to search for an Active Directory object, and then you right-click a file in the results list, the Properties and the Create Shortcut menu items may not appear.CAUSEThis issue may occur if the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the root domain cannot bind to the Display Specifier object that contains the menu items for the object class.
