SYMPTOMS
After you upgrade a Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 beta 2 version site to SMS 2003 release version (build 2726), SMS Advanced Clients may stop reporting
inventory to the SMS site.
The Ccmexec.log file may log the following error:
[LOG[HTTP ERROR: 12002 : ERROR_WINHTTP_TIMEOUT : ERROR_WINHTTP_TIMEOUT]LOG]!
The InventoryAgent.log file may end with the following error:
![LOG[CCMCollTask: (80004005) Execute: Query timed-out]LOG]!
These logs are located on the Advanced Client computer in the
SystemRoot\System32\CCM\Logs folder, where the client operating system is installed.
