SYMPTOMSWhen you use a Novell GroupWise client-based computer to
connect to a Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Server, and you try to use the
Send To command on the File menu in a
Microsoft Office program, you receive an error message that is similar to the
following: The Object Cannot Be
Found. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if the Frmcache.dat file in your home
folder on the Windows 2000 Terminal Server has been damaged or is missing.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, copy the Frmcache.dat file from
the C:\Windows\Forms folder on your Windows 2000 Terminal Server to your home
folder. To do this, follow these steps. Note To complete these steps, you must know the path of your home
folder.
- On the Windows 2000 Terminal Server, start Command
Prompt.
- Type the following commands, and then press ENTER after
each command:
cd
c:\windows\forms copy frmcache.dat
Drive:\Home_Folder_Path\
