Color documents and pages print in grayscale from a Canon color printer (831800)

Windows OS:896962 SYMPTOMSWhen you print from the Canon S450 or the S800 color printers, color documents may print in grayscale.WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, turn off the spooling feature. This workaround is only available for printers that are attached directly to your computer. This workaround will not work for wireless printers.
To turn off the spooling feature, follow these steps: - Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
- Right-click the printer, and then click Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Clear the Enable printing features check box.
- Click OK.
