Computer cannot read the floppy disk that was created by the Automated System Recovery Wizard (831690)

SYMPTOMS

If you try to restore your system partition with the floppy disk that was created by the Automated System Recovery Wizard, your computer may not be able to read the information that is on the floppy disk.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if your computer is equipped with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) floppy disk drive instead of a standard floppy disk drive. When you have a problem with your computer that requires you to restore your partition information from the disk that was created by the Automated System Recovery Wizard, USB devices may not be available.
