The OEM information button is no longer available after you upgrade to Windows Server 2003 (831574)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Windows 2000 can display a button on the System Properties dialog box that shows customer information. After you upgrade from Windows 2000 to Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the OEM support information button is no longer available.

CAUSE

During an upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows Server 2003, the OEM support information button that appears on the System Properties dialog box is removed.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
