SYMPTOMS

When you play the Microsoft Jawbreaker game on the a Microsoft Windows Powered Pocket PC 2003, the screen may not be updated and balls are left on the playing screen that are not accessible.

CAUSE

Microsoft is aware of this problem with the Jawbreaker game. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, you must start a new game.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
