You receive an error message when you try to back up your AutoCorrect list in Office Word 2003 (831025)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to back up your AutoCorrect list to a file in
Microsoft Office Word 2003, you may receive the following error
message: Run-time error '5941':
The requested
member of the collection does not exist. CAUSEThis problem may occur if your default Office Language
settings are set to a non-English language (for example,
Swedish).WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, change your default Office
Language settings to English. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to All
Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to
Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft
Office 2003 Language Settings.
- On the Enabled Languages tab of the
Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings dialog box, change the
Choose the language that defines default behavior in Microsoft Office
applications box to English (US), and then click
OK.
- Click Continue and lose customizations
when you receive the following message:Changing the
language defining default behavior for Microsoft Office applications will
result in loss of the following customizations:
* Any changes made to
the default blank document template in Word (normal.dot) and PowerPoint
(blank.pot) such as additional macros, styles, etc.
* Preference
settings
* Bullets and numbering customizations in Word

Toolbar customizations - Click Yes if you receive the following
message:To use the new language settings, you must quit
and restart all open Office applications.
Shut down and restart open Office
applications now?
