Picture It! Photo picture does not print correctly on 4x6 paper in Works Suite 2002 (830553)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, set the print size to 4x6 in Picture It! Photo and the paper size to 4x6 on your printer. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start Picture It! Photo, and then open the photo that you want to print.
2. In the left pane, under Project Options, click Print, point to Print on my printer, and then click Standard paper.
3. In the left pane, in the Select a printer list, click the printer that you want to sent the picture to.
4. Click Change printer settings.
5. In the Printer_Name Properties dialog box, change the paper size setting to the size of paper that you want to use.
   
   This step may vary depending upon the brand and model of printer device that you are using. For directions about how to change the paper size for your printer, see the printer manufacturer's directions for your model of printer.
6. After you change the paper size in the Printer_Name Properties dialog box, click OK.
7. In the Number of copies list, click the number of copies that you want to make.
8. Under Click an orientation, click the orientation that you want to use.
9. In the Select print size list, click 4x6, and then click Print.

Note If you want to print a picture from Picture It! Photo on different paper in the future, you must repeat these steps to change the paper size to the size that you want to use.
