Outline structure is not kept when you paste to PowerPoint 2003 (830256)

SYMPTOMSWhen you copy an outline you typed in Microsoft Office
OneNote 2003 and paste the outline in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, the
outline structure (indent levels) may not be kept.CAUSEThis behavior may occur with an outline structure that does
not contain bullets or numbering.WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, bullet or number your outline
structure in OneNote 2003 before you paste the outline structure to PowerPoint
2003. To do this, follow these steps:
- Select the Outline structure on your OneNote 2003
page.
- On the Formatting toolbar, click
Bullets or click Numbering.
- With the bulleted or numbered outline structure selected,
click Copy on the Edit menu.
- In PowerPoint 2003, in a bulleted or numbered section of a
PowerPoint 2003 presentation, click Paste on the
Edit menu.
